If it worked with Vista, it should work with Win7. I tried printing an existing document and it printed fine. The troubleshooter does not help, it just says it has resolved the issue, which it hasn't. Still would not address envelopes. I then eindows installing the driver as you have outlined in the steps above and although it says the printer is ready to use, when I try to print something, wlndows a window opens to select preferences, nothing happens.

This may be very redundant, but Lexmark has provided specific wincows on their website for installing your printer on Windows 7. Thank you for your post. Lexmark states that the drivers for Vista will work fine on Windows 7.

If you have already done this, please let us know. The max point reward for answering a question is I have the same question I would suggest you to download the utility and then launch and check if the printer program is listed in the utility and then uninstall it.
